SOS Children’s Villages in Central and West Africa discuss in Cabo Verde the strategy for the region to the 2020-30 horizon

Praia, Jul 23 (Inforpress) – The strategy of SOS Children’s Villages for the 2020-2030 horizon in West and Central Africa is being discussed in Cabo Verde at a meeting of the human resources of SOS Children’s Villages in the region, ending on Friday.

The purpose of this meeting is to analyze the human resources challenges in order to outline the organization’s strategic objectives, as well as sharing experiences and good practices among those in the West and Central Africa region (WCAF) made up of 18 countries.

The regional director of human resources SOS, WCAF, Pierre Sene, praised the importance of this meeting, which annually brings together all those responsible for the SOS Children’s Villages, and who this year took Cabo Verde as its headquarters, to outline the 2030 strategy, structure of the work in order to enhance the plans for the development of the region.

“We want to have great human resource information from a real-time “click” in the universe of the 135 countries that make up the system for better staff management and a system that is accessible to everyone that is more effective and faster to all member states” clarified Pierre Sene.
