Sal Island: Ninety children leave holiday camp with nostalgia

Espargos, Aug 31 (Inforpress) – About ninety children who participated in the holiday camp, in Espargos, Sal Island, for two months, leave the activity that ended this Thursday, with nostalgia of this time of conviviality and to learn by playing.

Promoted by the local authority, “Sal em Férias” (Sal on vacation), for two months congregated children from 3 to 12 years old who learn by playing, with various games, scientific experiments, visits to some parts of the island, institutions and companies, and various other activities and entertainments.

To mark the closing, a program was created involving all the children, with moments of magic, acrobatics, theater, music and dance, after a period of much learning, different moments and new experiences.

According to the coordinator Vera Rocha, for whom the holiday camp was “very challenging, but good”, as I said, since they managed to meet the objectives.
